The Court is Looking for Hannatu Bashir on the Case Filed by Ali Nuhu Accusing her of Defamation of his Person

The High Court of Magistrates, which is located at Noman’ land in kano State of Nigeria has given the order to prosecute Hannatu Bashir on the complaint filed by Ali Nuhu.

Earlier, Ali Nuhu filed a lawsuit in the court accusing actress and producer Hannatu Bashir of defaming him with harsh text messages. and according to Ali Nuhu, the text message was very offensive and disrespectful for him to bear.



On Monday, the court sat and heard the case from the complainant's lawyer, after which the complainant's lawyer and the accused's lawyer told the court that they will go and settle.



However, the court did not agree to this and ordered that the person who was brought to the Court should appear before the court. The court has adjournedand  and set the date of October 25 as the date for the continuation of the hearing
